イベントの備品が1つのストアだけで揃うことはほとんどありません。Share-A-CartはAmazon、Walmart、Target、Costcoなど数百のストアで同じように使えるので、仕入れ先ごとに表計算ファイルとリンクの羅列が混在することなく、すべて同じ方法で共有できます。
予算を管理している人にカートを渡すだけ。リンクを開けば、数量までそのままの状態であなたが選んだ内容が見え、そのまま購入できます。予算を超える2点を外してから購入することも可能です。
毎年開催されるガラ、カンファレンス、季節イベントは、内容が大きく変わることはめったにありません。カートを保存しておけば、次回開くときに変わった部分だけ差し替えて再送信できます。昨年の請求書からリストを組み直す必要はありません。

This is a massive asset to our high school culinary program.
