๐จ๏ธ Print your cart in 4 steps
- Go to Receive a Cart, enter the cart ID, and click Get Cart! (No cart ID yet? Create one from your BJ's cart first.)
- Scroll to the bottom of the list of items and click List Actions.
- Click Export โ a spreadsheet downloads, named after the cart (or the cart ID).
- Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or LibreOffice, and print. Edit anything first โ the totals recalculate automatically.
๐ What's on the sheet
One row per item: title, quantity, price and currency, SKU where available, and a clickable link back to the product. Two summary rows โ quantity total and price total โ are live formulas, so editing a line updates the totals before you print.
The header carries the cart's name, ID, retailer, and creation date, so a printed sheet can always be traced back to the original cart.
๐ซ Why not just print the page?
You can โ but you'll get navigation, footer, and install prompts printed along with your items, spread across extra pages, with no totals. The spreadsheet is built to leave the screen, and it's editable, so you can drop items before printing โ which a printed page never lets you do.
๐ฅ Does the recipient need Share-A-Cart to print it?
No. Anyone who opens your cart link โ sender or recipient โ sees the same Export button, no account or extension required. (The extension is for loading items into your BJ's cart; it is not involved in printing.)

๐ Do I have to pay to export or print my BJ's cart?
No. Exporting a single cart is free and doesn't need an account โ the button is there whether you created the cart or received it. Share-A-Cart+ has a separate export that covers your whole cart history for bookkeeping, but you don't need it to print one cart.
๐ What format is the file?
A standard spreadsheet file, so Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers and LibreOffice all open it without conversion. Print settings are whatever your spreadsheet app gives you.
๐งฎ Does the sheet total everything up for me?
Yes, and as formulas rather than fixed figures. There's a quantity total and a price total, and both update if you edit the sheet before printing.
๐ Do the product links survive?
In the file, yes โ each row keeps a clickable link to the item. On paper a link obviously can't be clicked, so if people need to reach the products, send them the cart link or the file instead of a printout.
๐๏ธ Can I export all my BJ's carts at once?
That's the Share-A-Cart+ history export, which is a different feature aimed at bookkeeping across many carts. For one cart, printed or otherwise, the free export on the cart itself is what you want.
