All they need to do is enter the Cart ID you've sent them on the Receive a Cart page. For all other retailers, the receiving person will need to install and use the plugin to load your cart. This makes the whole process quicker and easier though as they don’t have to leave the retailer’s site when loading your cart.

I use Share-a-Cart with the Whole Food for 7 menu planning service and Walmart. It has been the most amazing thing for being able to grocery shop without taking hours to plan. I love how my cart comes pre-loaded with every ingredient I could possibly need. I go through the Walmart cart and take out anything I already have.
